![]() ![]() Thank you for answering my review, but I submitted all issues to the support email in May and have been checking in with Paul, who tells me the development team has been working on them. If I’m paying for a service, I should be able to use it entirely.ĩ/4 update. Some of the features don’t work on the form in browser mode either. I have submitted multiple issues to support and have been told development is working on them, two months later and still no response or status updates when I inquire. The app does not support the features that are allowed when creating the form. If the PDF producer was determined to be one of many alternative online PDF creators, then I would check to see if the company also provides a matching PDF reader that can be used to open, view, and complete their forms.I created forms, with a paid business account, and had the intention of sending them to recipients to fill out using this app. ![]() For example, if the PDF producer was Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Distiller and if the PDF was Reader Enabled then you should use the Free Adobe Reader to open, view, and complete the form. Once known, you should then be able to determine what PDF Reader, if any, may be used to complete the form. My suggestion would be to use the Free Adobe Reader in an effort to determine the PDF producer used to create the PDF form. What you really need to do is first determine the PDF app in which the PDF was created and then verify what PDF reader to use to open, view, edit form field data, and complete the form. In response to your question posted one year ago, if and whenever you receive and need to fill in an interactive PDF form, never attempt to open and preview the PDF from inside a browser as this will normally not work for reasons too numerous to list.
